Under the watchful eye of specialists, we have identified important change factors and trends affecting our organisation. The material we have developed is the basis for the next steps to be taken by the Company in the context of future competences.
The institute's support consisted of showing us inspirations and trends, outlining possible development directions in the area of content marketing. Experts also helped us to select developed ideas and organise an action plan. Natalia Hatalska and her team efficiently led us through the process, thanks to which we started implementing innovations within just a few months.
We worked with the infuture.institute within the framework of the See & Experience and Do & Implement process – innovation workshops, and jointly realised trendhunting in London. The team, led by Natalia Hatalska, filled us with a large dose of inspiration and played an extraordinary role in the process. During this time, 4 new business ideas were developed that are currently being implemented in the company.
The workshops were very effective. During just a few hours of intensive work, we managed to better understand trends, select the ones most relevant to the HR area, and work out several specific solutions that we intend to implement in the organisation in the near future.
During the course of a few months, the institute conducted a number of tests and research for us (i.a. historical signals of change analysis, netnographic research or expert panel). We ended the process with one-day workshops during which Natalia Hatalska and her team presented the results of the research, and we were able to learn in practice the methodology of the institute related to work on innovation.
Trend Signals reports are for us a monthly dose of knowledge about trends, their sources, and manifestations in various areas. They broaden our horizons, allowing us to look at the environment and our projects from a broader perspective. We often use them in the communication of our brand and take them into account when working on new projects. Being up to date and even looking ahead is an important driving force in my position, during activities on social media and with influencers.
